Engagement Terms

1. What you're purchasing

A one-time build engagement, the OsteoPerformance Revenue System Install, comprising the seven systems set out on your proposal:

• The brand + site: your OsteoPerformance site on your own domain, with the interactive anatomy engine and booking
• The revenue engine: reactivation of your existing contacts, automatic recall/rebooking, no-show recovery, and missed-call text-back
• The proof vault: your named reviews consolidated onto your site, plus your own review profile and automated review requests
• The episode system: your content season mapped to search demand, a repeatable filming format, and help sourcing a videographer
• The athlete program: your first prioritized athlete targets, with invitation, shoot checklist, and e-sign media release
• The recruiting funnel: a scored application, self-booking assessment, and hiring pipeline, built and ready for when you hire
• The playbook: a 90-day sequence and one post-launch strategy session

2. Price and payment

$3,997 USD, one-time, payable at checkout via Square. The full $3,997 is applied as credit toward the first months of any ongoing OsteoPerformance plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) you begin. If you continue, the Install is effectively free, and if you don't, everything built is still yours.

3. Delivery

Your systems are built in sequence, with the reactivation campaign run first so it can begin producing bookings early in the engagement. There is no artificial deadline; the work is delivered properly rather than rushed. Timelines depend on you providing reasonable access to what's needed (your existing contact list, booking preferences, brand assets, and clinic details) as the build proceeds.

4. The 30-day guarantee

For the first thirty days of the engagement, if you are not happy with the direction or the progress of the work, tell us and the full $3,997 is refunded. The guarantee is about you feeling good about where the work is headed. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, patient count, ranking, view count, or hire, which no one can honestly promise.

5. Ongoing plans

Monthly plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are optional, begin only if and when you choose, and are month-to-month, cancellable at any time. Your Install credit is applied against your first months as described in Section 2.

6. Ownership

On payment in full, you own the deliverables produced for you: your site, content plan, brand assets, and the contents of your systems. IQ Finance retains ownership of its underlying platform, methodologies, templates, and frameworks used to build them.

7. What this is not

The systems are your practice's front of house: marketing, booking, follow-up, reviews, and reactivation. They are not a medical-records system. Your clinical notes, diagnoses, and patient health information stay in your own regulated practice software (your EMR), never in these systems. The content educates and demonstrates; it does not make medical claims or promise treatment outcomes.

8. Your data and consent

Messaging (email/SMS) is sent only to contacts who have given the consent required under Canadian anti-spam law (CASL). Any non-public information you share is kept confidential and used only to build and run your systems.
